For your first campaign, you will receive a guaranteed 40% earnings on core products and 20% on fixed earnings products when you submit your order online. For the next three campaigns (each campaign runs two weeks), when you submit an order online and on time for $50 or more and pay for it on time, you will earn 40% commission on all core products (any product with four diamonds next to it in the catalog means it is a fixed earnings product on which you will earn 20%).
After your first four campaigns, you will earn 20 - 50% commission depending on your order size. See the Avon earnings chart below:

- $145 - $284.99: 30%
- $285 - $424.99: 35%
- $425 - $899.99: 40%
- $900 - $1549.99: 45%

Now selling Avon online is free. Avon recently started a program called One Simple Fee. Instead of paying a separate fee for having an Avon website, it is included in your one simple fee when you place your regular campaign orders.
